If iStock can't enforce their regulations in China then I guess they shouldn't be selling there.

One thing you might do is appeal in the forums for a member in China. Next step would be to contact a copyright / media lawyer in China. And from there on, it would not be easy.

You can also try contacting the people concerned and shaming them into desisting, or sharing their profits. Good luck with that one.
